Emerson - Internal Conference

Emerson is a global leader in automation technology and software. To support their continued growth, Emerson places great importance on attracting skilled personnel within a sustainable and motivating work environment. For the past two internal conferences, Realise has had the privilege of partnering with Emerson Sweden to create and deliver one-day events focused on communicating the company’s future direction, with a strong emphasis on their sustainability journey.

As part of the event, we developed an interactive game that encouraged employee collaboration and engagement, reinforcing key messages throughout the day. The meetings were designed to be highly engaging, fostering a shared commitment among employees. This approach received very positive feedback, with participants expressing that it strengthened their understanding of Emerson Sweden’s mission and goals.
