Volvo International Service Training Award (VISTA) is the world’s largest competition for service and workshop personnel within Volvo Cars.

VISTA is not just a competition — it's a learning experience that promotes pride, knowledge, and excellence across Volvo’s global service network.The best car technicians in the world put their skills to the test at Volvo Cars’ VISTA World Championship 2024, held in Gothenburg in June 2025.

Just over 150 technicians from around the globe competed in the finals during a week-long event that also featured dinners and activities around the city. Realise was responsible for the overall event management – including concept development, logistics, on-site coordination, and guest experience. Our sister company Whataboutus Film supported the event with facilitation, content creation, and film production.
