In September 2025, the IFEAT Conference came to the Nordic region for the first time, with Gothenburg hosting over 1,700 delegates from around the world to celebrate the theme The Nordic Nexus. Realise served as lead agency, managing the full scope of the event, including conference, production, exhibition management for around 100 exhibitors, and evening events such as a gala dinner for 1,700 guests and a VIP dinner at World of Volvo.

We also handled the visual identity and branding across Gothia Towers, creating a cohesive and immersive experience for all attendees. Our sister company, Whataboutus film, produced videos that brought the conference theme to life, enhancing engagement throughout the four days. The project demanded precise logistics, seamless collaboration, and creative problem-solving to deliver a flawless large-scale event. The result was a memorable celebration of innovation, sustainability and global connection in the essential oils and aroma industry.
